Age Groups Effective January 1, 2008 10U Born in 1998 or later 12U Born in 1996 or later 14U Born in 1994 or later   16U Born in 1992 or later 18U Born in 1990 or later 20U Born in 1988 or later  (All 20U’s train with the 18U group)
